Product Description

The HLK-FPM383F Capacitive Fingerprint Recognition Sensor Module is a compact biometric fingerprint sensor designed for modern security, authentication, and identification applications. Working Principle

The HLK-FPM383F uses capacitive sensing technology to detect the unique ridge and valley patterns of a fingerprint.

When a finger is placed on the sensor, the module captures the fingerprint pattern and processes the biometric information internally. The fingerprint can then be enrolled into the module’s internal memory or compared with previously stored fingerprint records for authentication.

The module communicates with the host controller through its UART interface. A compatible microcontroller can send commands to perform supported fingerprint functions such as enrollment, verification, identification, and user management.

Low-Power Operation
