Shipping process
How serviceability, dispatch, tracking, delivery attempts, and transit issues work.
Pre-launch draft. Business identity and official contact fields must be completed before checkout is enabled. Statutory consumer rights prevail over an inconsistent clause.
1. Delivery and collection choices
- Store pickup is offered only when the selected stock is available at a pickup location. The order-ready message, pickup hours, collection deadline, identity/OTP requirement, and any charge are shown before confirmation. Do not travel until the order-ready message is received.
- Rapido local delivery may be offered for an eligible address, parcel, operating area, and service window. The live eligibility, fee, estimated handoff time, and recipient-contact requirement are shown before confirmation.
- Courier delivery is available to supported Indian pincodes. The courier service, estimated delivery window, shipping charge, taxes, COD availability, and any free-shipping promotion are calculated before order confirmation.
- Only the options returned as serviceable for the cart and destination may be selected. TechyTron may withdraw an unavailable option before payment and must show the replacement choice and total before the customer confirms.
2. Order processing
- Orders enter verification after payment authorization or COD confirmation.
- Stock is reserved, picked from a recorded warehouse location, checked, packed with appropriate ESD/protective material, invoiced, and staged for pickup or handed to the selected delivery provider.
- Orders containing items from different locations or with special handling may ship separately. TechyTron will identify each shipment and will not add an undisclosed charge.
- Dispatch estimates exclude Sundays, public holidays, payment review, address clarification, and stated pre-order or lead-time items.
3. Tracking and delivery
A shipment confirmation is sent when an AWB is assigned. Tracking events are supplied by the courier and may update after a delay. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, unless expressly stated as guaranteed at checkout.
The recipient should keep the phone reachable and provide lawful access to the delivery address. Failed delivery attempts or an incorrect/incomplete address may cause return-to-origin. Any re-shipping charge will be disclosed and agreed before re-dispatch.
4. Damaged or tampered parcels
- If visible damage or tampering is noticed before acceptance, refuse delivery where practical and report the order promptly.
- For concealed damage, wrong items, or missing items, preserve the parcel, labels, packaging, accessories, and invoice and report the issue within 48 hours of delivery where reasonably possible.
- Photographs or video can speed investigation, but failure to record an unboxing video does not automatically remove a right provided by law.
5. Delays and risk
TechyTron will assist with courier investigations and provide remedies required by law for qualifying late delivery. Delays caused by force majeure, natural disaster, public disruption, government restriction, or other events outside reasonable control are handled according to applicable law and the order circumstances.
