1. About these terms

These terms govern access to the TechyTron website and purchases made from TechyTron. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Notice, and the policies linked from the Legal Centre.

The contracting legal entity, registered office, GSTIN, customer-care details, and grievance officer must be published before checkout is enabled. Until then, this website is a pre-launch demonstration and does not accept real orders.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

• Provide accurate, current information and keep account credentials and OTPs confidential.
• Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service availability, submit malicious content, or use automated purchasing in a way that harms other customers.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized use.

3. Product information and technical suitability

We aim to publish accurate descriptions, photographs, specifications, country of origin, stock, warranty, and compatibility information. Manufacturer revisions, component tolerances, screen colours, and packaging may vary where the essential product identity and specifications remain unchanged.

Electronics require appropriate design, installation, electrostatic-discharge protection, power polarity, and safety precautions. Unless expressly certified on the product page, products are not intended for medical, life-support, nuclear, automotive-safety, aerospace-safety, or other safety-critical use.

4. Prices, taxes and payment

• Prices are shown in INR. Whether GST is included or added is stated before payment, together with shipping and other mandatory charges.
• A struck-through price is shown only when supported by a valid list price or MRP source.
• The server-calculated checkout total is authoritative. A pricing or stock error may require order correction or cancellation, with a full refund of any amount captured.
• Available payment methods, payment-security information, and chargeback options are displayed at checkout. TechyTron does not store card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, or banking passwords.

5. Orders and acceptance

An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request; it is not acceptance. A binding sale is formed when TechyTron confirms the order for fulfilment. We may reject or cancel an order for unavailable stock, failed verification, suspected fraud, pricing error, serviceability restrictions, legal restrictions, or inability to fulfil.

Orders may be split into multiple shipments when required. The customer will be told before additional shipping charges are applied.

6. Delivery, returns and warranty

Delivery estimates, title and risk, cancellation eligibility, no-change-of-mind restrictions, statutory return rights, replacement evaluation, refunds, and warranty exclusions are described in the Shipping, Returns, Cancellation and Warranty policies. Those policies form part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property and third-party links

The TechyTron brand, interface, original text, graphics, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Manufacturer names and marks belong to their respective owners. Competitor links, datasheets, and other external resources are provided for convenience and remain controlled by their owners.

8. Liability and governing law

Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, TechyTron is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from misuse, unsafe integration, customer modifications, or reliance on a product outside its published ratings.

These terms are governed by Indian law. The competent courts and consumer commissions will have jurisdiction as provided by applicable law; the final business jurisdiction will be published before checkout is enabled.
