It combines a 700V power MOSFET, PWM controller, startup circuitry, current limiting, and thermal protection into a single device, enabling compact and efficient AC-DC power supply designs. The TNY268PN supports higher output power than the TNY266PN while maintaining excellent efficiency and very low standby power consumption, making it ideal for chargers, adapters, standby supplies, LED drivers, and industrial SMPS applications.
