Design and Construction

The mist maker uses a 36mm alloy ultrasonic atomizer plate designed to convert water into fine mist through high-frequency ultrasonic vibration. The larger atomizer surface helps provide effective mist production when operated at the recommended water level.

The module incorporates 12 waterproof LEDs around the atomization area. These LEDs produce three alternating colours, creating an attractive illuminated fog effect that can enhance decorative water features and displays.

The waterproof construction allows the module to operate while immersed in water when used according to the recommended immersion depth. The 1-metre cable and 5mm DC female jack provide a convenient connection to a compatible 24V DC power source.

Working Principle

The mist maker uses ultrasonic vibration to atomize water into extremely fine droplets. When powered with a suitable 24V DC supply, the ultrasonic atomizer plate vibrates at a high frequency, breaking the water into a fine mist that rises above the water surface.

At the same time, the built-in 12 LEDs illuminate the mist and cycle through three colours, producing a colourful fog effect.

For proper operation, the module should be placed in water with approximately 4–5cm of water above the module. Maintaining the recommended water level helps ensure effective mist generation and performance.

Usage Instructions

1. Place the mist maker in a suitable water container.
2. Maintain approximately 4–5cm of water above the module.
3. Connect the module to a 24V DC power supply with a minimum 1A output.
4. The ultrasonic plate will begin producing mist after power is applied.
5. The built-in LEDs will illuminate the mist with alternating colours.
6. Do not immerse the module deeper than 5cm.
7. Ensure the module remains adequately covered with water during operation.
8. Disconnect the power supply before removing or repositioning the unit.
