500mA Glass Fuse - 5x20mm

Fuses are used in electrical and electronic circuits to ensure that a current more than a specified amount does not flow in the circuit thus damaging the circuit. Current flow can be higher than expected if there is short circuit somewhere in the device or if there is a component failure somewhere in the device. 5×20mm Glass fuses are very commonly used in household devices like blower, power extension cord, Coolers, fridges etc. as the glass Fuse are very easy to use and replace and we can see from the glass enclosure that if it is blown or not. You can use this with a 5×20mm fuse holder on your DIY PCB, Perfboard or even breadboard. It also supports panel mount, wire mount and PCB mount fuse holders. It allows a maximum current of 500mA continuous current with a voltage rating of 250V. It does not have any polarity hence you can use the fuse in any orientation.
